Instructions for use:
- Slide strip under lip onto gums/teeth margin with yellow side in.
- Draw lip over the strip, press with lip and keep in place a few hours.
- Move strip to other areas as needed and repeat.
- Gently rinse.
- Lay out to dry.
- And reuse several times.
Using Calcium Strips vs. Calcium Carpules
Carpules are larger with more cotton which makes them good for only short 10-20 minute periods in the mouth in any one place. Not for sleeping in.
Strips are smaller, thinner with the calcium on one side for the teeth/gums and a pattern on the other side (goes on the outside of the teech). They seem to be easier for people to apply, can stay in a lot longer (an hour or two), and are easier to identify the outside with the pattern. Not for sleeping in.
Both can be re-used a few times after a rinse, once they have been allowed to dry.
NOTE: Do NOT cut up, chew, swallow or use while asleep!
