QUESTION: Hi, I’ve used your products in the past and was wondering what the difference between the calcium strips and the carpules was. The strips interest me because as much as I like the effects of the carpules, they’re not exactly the most comfortable things to use. The strips look like they’d be much better for me, but only if they’re as strong/effective. I’ve noticed the page for the strips says to keep them in much longer than the carpules, which made me wonder about how strong they were compared to the carpules. Are the strips comparable to the carpules in regards to their effectiveness, or are the strips a lighter treatment? Thanks ahead of time for clearing this up for me.
ANSWER: Calcium Strips have very little cotton to then and are smaller, easier to keep in. The Carpules have mostly cotton which becomes irritable. Strips can be left in the mouth for hours at a time and rinsed and re-used. The calcium material itself is always timed-release with gentle affects, but the excess cotton complicates the issue.
The Strips may replace the Carpule and the Chips which are tedious to use. Several times I have used the Strips and forgotten for 4-6 hours they are in until eating and finding them.
However – DO NOT sleep with the Strips or the Carpules in.
