QUESTION: What’s the difference?
ANSWER: Carpules are larger with more cotton which makes them good for only short 10-20 minute periods in the mouth in any one place. Not for sleeping in.
Strips are smaller, thinner with the calcium on one side for the teeth/gums and a pattern on the other side (goes on the outside of the teech). They seem to be easier, can stay in a lot longer (an hour or two), and are easier to identify the outside with the pattern. Not for sleeping in.
Both can be re-used a few times after a rinse, once they have been allowed to dry.
