Is it fine to swallow the oral-cal rinse after rinsing?

Question: Is it fine to swallow the oral-cal rinse after rinsing?

Does it matter how long I rinse for – is longer better – or does it happen instantaneously? Thanks so much for your great work! Best ~ DR in NY
 

Answer: Please rinse for several minutes – but you don’t have to swallow the solution. That has no benefit for you.
